Terms and Conditions – Yvanel

1. Company Details
Yvanel is located in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94554282.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of Yvanel. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately. Yvanel reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, provided that:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and includes all original labels.

• The item is not a hygienic product (such as underwear or swimwear).

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. A return form is required with the shipment.

5. Warranty
All items include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.

6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address you provided. If payment is not received, Yvanel may postpone delivery until payment has been fulfilled.

7. Complaints
Complaints about products must be reported within 14 days of receipt via the contact form. Please include clear photos and a description of the issue.

8. Liability
Yvanel is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages (such as consequential damage or loss of profit) is excluded.

9. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g., power outages, supplier delays, or natural disasters), Yvanel may suspend its obligations or dissolve the agreement without liability for damages.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Yvanel is established.
