Processing Orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it correctly. We may share your personal data with our delivery service to ensure your order reaches you. We also receive payment information from your bank or credit card provider.

We store this data for as long as necessary to complete your order, and then until the warranty period has expired. Some data must be retained longer due to legal requirements. For example, we must keep your purchase records and invoices for seven years to comply with tax regulations.
